With vendors of all types and live musical entertainment, the Downtown Thursday Night Street Fair hit the street on Thursday, April 3rd. The street and Town Square will be transformed into a pedestrian mall, closed to traffic for the fair between the Tabernacle and First South on Main, also within the Town Square. This open air street fair will run every Thursday, through November 20th from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. (possibly excluding part of July and August, depending on the heat).
Everyone likes a party and that's what organizer, Sandra Lenois with Alliance Business Partners is hoping. It’s a street fair for all ages. Visitors to the street fair could watch dance and musical performances, listen to storytelling, take part in games, dance, art instruction and wander through booths of arts and crafts, food and drinks.
For a real family or vacation treat, come to the weekly Downtown Thursday Night Street Fair with monthly themes that turn downtown St. George into a bustling street fair featuring, arts and crafts, books, clothing, jewelry, farmers market, live music, children's activities and great food.
